What are your rates?
When planning a shoot with you, we take into consideration your specific needs to get the best photo possible. My rates are competitive–please get in touch with your needs and we will be happy to prepare a quote for you.
Do I need to make a deposit to confirm a booking?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The deposit will go towards the total cost of your shoot and is refundable if you provide more than 48 hours notice of a cancellation.
What payment do you accept?
Payments can be made by cash, e-transfer, or credit card.
Where can we shoot?
Anywhere! We are able to shoot at your office, home, outdoors, or in a studio. Just ask!
Should I book hair and makeup?
Definitely. Most people choose to do their own hair and makeup, which is not a problem, but the value of a professional hair & makeup artist shouldn’t be underestimated. They’re specialized for on-camera makeup, which is different from your day-to-day application. It’ll also save you time and is one less thing to worry about. I am able to make recommendations for qualified hair and makeup artists on request.
How long will it take to get my photos?
Turnaround times will vary. On average, most individuals can expect to receive pre-edit proofs in 2-5 business days. After making edit selections, final photos will take an average 1-1.5 weeks. For larger groups these estimates will be longer. If you require your photos by a certain time, let me know when booking.
I don’t know what to wear! How do I pose?
That’s okay! If you have questions on what to wear or what to bring, don’t hesitate to ask–I can provide you a number of easy, low stress options. During the shoot, I will provide gentle direction to make you look and feel great, without it feeling forced.
Can you photograph my team? Office? Family? Large group?
Of course! Let us know your needs when you get in touch. We can accommodate all types of groups.
To receive a refund on your deposit, a cancellation request must be made with 48 hours notice from the start of your session. If you are unable to provide 48 hour notice, we can reschedule your shoot at no extra charge. Deposits are non-refundable if less than 48 hours notice are provided and if the shoot does not proceed. Exceptions may be made for special circumstances.
